Built by Mr Anandilal Podar in 1902, Dr. Ramnath A. Podar Haveli Museum is a vast structure and an epitome of the vibrant desert culture of Rajasthan.
The walls of Dr. Ramnath A. Podar Haveli Museum are vibrant, colourfully painted and have different themes such as trains, the nine deities of Hindu mythology, Mahabharat and much more. The display is divided into various categories such as musical instruments gallery, Rajasthani lifestyle gallery, carved wooden gates, fairs and festival gallery, bridal costume gallery, marble art gallery.
Amongst all the galleries, the bridal costume is a local favourite because it displays the variations in bridal attire from different communities of Rajasthan.
