Briefly describe the history of the museum, its collection and donors.

Established in 2009 in the heart of New Delhi, National Handicraft and Design Gallery  is a collaboration between Gargoti Museums and the Handicraft & Textile Ministry of The Government of India. The motive of this gallery is to showcase objects like natural Indian zeolite minerals and crystals, natural gem stones, natural precious/semi-precious stones and metals, fossils, and so on. The highlights of the collection are a dinosour's egg, a Shiva-ling made of crystal (only one in the world), Mars rocks and Moon rocks.
